Our range of recessed trays, made from galvanized steel, are suitable for internal use and most floor finish infills including screed, tile, carpet tile and terrazzo. They are available in range of sizes and are suitable for areas with vehicular traffic up to 10 tonnes (GLVW) or 2.5 tonnes (SMWL)

Application: Suitable for internal and external situations where an aesthetic finish is important, the access covers accepts most floor finish infills such as screed, tile, and terazzo (for carpet finishes we recommend our aluminium Elite Range of access covers – please ask the sales office for details).
Construction: Multiple unit access cover complete with removable support beams and bolt on type support pockets. Comprises galvanised mild steel recessed access cover and frame to enable concrete or floor finish infill. Solid steel base plate design prevents prior need for shuttering. Units manufactured from matching lid and frame section. Keying in bars fitted inside recess.
Locked units secured with 4 galvanised steel screws. When unlocked screw holes act as lifting eyes. All units are airtight and supplied single seal as standard.

Finish: Hot dipped galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461 as standard.
Load Rating: F.A.C.T.A. Class AAA – 10 Tonne G.L.V.W. (Gross Laden Vehicle Weight). Full loading achieved infilled with Grade C25 concrete.
